Send drawings
Share plans, elevations or a window schedule. We confirm systems, sizes, glass, grids, colors and hardware per opening.
Receive a quotation
Pricing includes freight, duty and customs, with warranty terms stated in writing.
Sign the drawing
Every unit is fabricated to the signed drawing in 1 mm increments, and we track the order through production and shipping.
Take delivery
Units arrive crated and labeled by room, with section drawings, part numbers and installation tables for your crew.

Delivery and warranty

Inspect on delivery
Note any visible defect on the delivery documents with photos and it is replaced.
Report within five days
Defects found after delivery are reported in writing with photos and the order number within five days of discovery.
Professional installation
Warranty coverage requires installation by the dealer or a licensed contractor, following the Nordhaus assembly instructions.
